What you need

Step 1

              Unplug phone cord from handset               

• Unplug one end of the cord by squeezing the plastic piece and pulling it out from the handset as shown on the left.

Step 2

              Unplug phone cord from back of device               

• Turn the device over to see the bottom as shown on the left.
• First, slide the cord out from under the plastic clip.
• Then as done in step one, squeeze the plastic piece to remove it from the back of the device.

Then as done in step one, squeeze the plastic piece to remove it from the back of the device.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order. You will know the plastic piece has been inserted correctly if you hear it click into place.
