Power cord will not plug into printer.
Visually inspect and remove any obstruction in the power plug, possibly clean plug of any dust or debris with a dry rag.
Check power cable to assure it is the correct cable. Look for visible tears, rips, or damages along the cable.
Check to see if the power prongs are straight on the printer, if not bend slightly to attempt to realign the prongs.
If you are missing a prong or have a damaged prong, and the power cord no longer fits into the machine; you will need to remove the power plug input and replace with a new one that you purchase. Click Here to view the guide on how to remove the damaged Power Plug Input.
Rollers activate but paper does not feed into the printer.
If paper is visibly stuck within the printer, attempt to remove the paper manually out of the paper input.
If this is the case, you may need to re-position or replace the paper feeder spring. Follow our step by step guide here to replace the faulty spring.
