Make sure your device is fully powered of before attempting this guide.

What you need

              Back Cover
  • Flip the laptop over to the back side.

  • Remove the six 5.6 mm screws from the back cover using a Phillips #00 screwdriver.
  • Remove the single 4.3 mm screw in the bottom middle section of the back cover using a T5 Torx screwdriver.

  • Lift the back cover off the laptop.

              Wi-Fi Adapter
  • Disconnect the pins from the Wi-Fi adapter card using a pair of tweezers.

Step 5

  • Remove the single 2.3 mm screw from the Wi-Fi card using a Phillips #00 screwdriver.

Step 6

  • Lift the adapter up and pull it out in an upward angle.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
