- Remove the 12 screws from the bottom.

- Gently remove the service cover

- Disconnect the battery cable from the motherboard.

- Remove the 4 screws that hold the battery.

- Gently lift the battery out of the computer.

RAM
- Carefully pull the retaining metal tabs at each side of the RAM stick to the side

- Pull the RAM stick at a thirty degree inclination to remove it
