- Locate the back plastic casing covering RAM chip.
- Find the plastic casing, located in the middle of the underside of the laptop.

- Remove the back plastic casing covering the RAM chip.
- Unscrew and remove the M2 screw with a #1 Phillips Head Screwdriver.
- Remove the plastic casing (should be free at this point).

Unscrew and remove the M2 screw with a #1 Phillips Head Screwdriver.
Remove the plastic casing (should be free at this point).
Step 3
- Remove the RAM chip from underneath the casing. It should easily pop out.

Step 4
- Replace the RAM chip with a new RAM chip.
Replace the RAM chip with a new RAM chip.
To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
