- Unscrew the small screw using a PH00 bit.
- The screw is held in place, so there is no need to worry about losing it.

- There are two tabs on either side of the RAM card that are holding it in place. Slide them to the sides; one to the left and the other to the right. The RAM pops out.

- Slide the RAM card out of its socket.
