To reset the Adobe Flash Player settings, you need to delete all browser-related settings and saved files, forcing Flash Player to return to its default settings. To reset Adobe Flash Player, follow the steps below.

  • Press the Windows key on your keyboard, type in Flash Player, and then press Enter.
  • In the Flash Player Settings Manager window, click the Advanced tab.
  • Under Browsing Data and Settings section, click the Delete All button.
  • Make sure the Delete All Site Data and Settings box is checked, then click the Delete Data button.
