Fill a bowl full of warm to hot water and place off to the side for later.

Tighten the cap on the liquid lipstick to prevent water from going inside while the lipstick is submerged in the bowl of water.

Take one pipe cleaner and wrap it all the way around the seal of the liquid lipstick cap to help prevent water from entering the lipstick.
Wrap a second pipe cleaner one to two times around the first pipe cleaner.
Make sure you leave enough length on either side of the pipe cleaner so that it can hang onto the sides of the bowl.

Shake the liquid lipstick tube to make sure the lipstick has liquified again or you can take the wand and mix it around inside of the tube instead.
