- After you have found the hole put your hand underneath. Get the needle and thread and from underneath the shirt, start putting the needle through the shirt.

- When you have the needle through you will need to stitch the hole close from the inside by going in out of the fabric.

- After the hole is closed by stitching it. You will need to go back over the top of the hole called the seem and sew that down flat.

- After the seem is sewn down you do a topstitch which is just a tighter neater regular stitch. After you get the end you will need to to tie a knot and cut the thread.
