Step 1

              How to fix wobbling Steering wheel on the Logitech G29 Driving Force               
  • Undo the screws on the back of the steering wheel that connect it to the device hub.

Step 2

  • Remove the 6 bolts on the faceplate of the steering wheel.

Step 3

  • CAREFULLY separate the steering wheel from the base of the device.
  • Gently remove the wire connector from the steering wheel and remove the steering wheel completely.

Step 4

  • Remove the three screws from the locations circled
  • Remove the paddle shifter from the device.

Step 5

  • After removing the steering wheel and paddle shifter, flip the device hub over and remove the 8 screws highlighted in red.
  • After the screws are removed flip the hub back over and remove the black casing to reveal the inside.

Step 6

  • Ensure that the black plastic and the metal frame of the device are as close together as possible
  • Tighten the 4 screws highlighted in orange. This should fix the wobbling issue on your device.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
