Prepare for gluing
- Remember that super glue sets up very quickly, so don’t get any on your fingers!
- Get a small amount of superglue ready for spreading with a toothpick.

Step 2
Lift the rubber wheel
- Using a dental pick, I was able to lift the rubber wheel with one hand and apply a dot of superglue on the raised center of the plastic hub with the other. This might be easier to accomplish with two people.
- Carefully lower the rubber back onto the hub.
- Clean any excess glue from the side of the wheel.

Glue four spots
- Apply four dots of glue - one every quarter turn of the scroll wheel.

After gluing, allow the mouse to set for at least several hours before using.
