Hard drive is not set up properly in BIOS
Verify the computer hard drive is setup as Auto in BIOS setup. If you choose to configure the settings manually, verify that they match your drive’s specifications exactly.

Hard drive is bad
If the hard drive is set up properly in BIOS, unfortunately the hard drive is likely bad and needs to be replaced.
