Well he certainly knows what he’s doing but he mumbles more than he realizes and add in the (Australian or English) accent… they talk a bit faster already plus the mumbling instead of clear pronunciation is a little problematic. I had to really strain to listen… to the point of just turning it off. I’m not a plumber just a girl trying to find out how difficult it is to change this valve. My shower is doing exactly what he first stated. Evidently its a bit more detailed than I’d hoped. Plus the necessary tools to do the job - I’m without.

So . Good video with an experienced plumber just so hard to listen & learn. Thx for the vid tho for sure!
