Introduction

For this fix, you would need to find a specialized screwdriver that would fit into you oven door handle screws. Have a damp cloth at hand if the screws are needed to be cleaned. If during your observation you notice that the screws are damaged you may need to buy new ones.

  • Open the oven and unlock hinges that are located at the bottom of each side of the oven.

  • Lift the door up and detach from the oven.
  • Place the door on the floor or any other flat surface.

  • Unfasten the top 2 screws of the inside of the door ( the ones holding the handle).
  • For this specific oven, a Phillips #0 screwdriver was used. Make sure to check which screw driver fits your oven screws.

Step 4

  • Observe the screws.
  • If rusty, cleanse them. If damaged, replace with new ones.

  • Reset and fasten the screws back in tightly.

  • Place the door back to the oven.
  • Refasten the hinges.
