  • After reassuring it fits, apply waterproof sealant to both the pipe end and the adapters end.
  • The sealant glue goes on both ends, both the pipe’s and the adapter’s end.

Step 3

  • Before the sealing glue dries out, insert the broken pipe to the adapter.
  • The glue dries very fast and if it does before placing the adapter on the pipe, it will not fit.

  • Hold the pipe in place firmly for a couple minutes until it is completely sealed and dry.

  • Apply sealing glue to the other side of the adapter and the water hose and insert it.
  • On this side, it may need more glue in order to prevent any leaking.

  • Hold it in place until it’s completely dry.
  • It will help to push the hose as far in as it can go.

  • Make sure it does not leak on any of the sides.
  • Once you are sure it is completely dry, run water through the pipe to ensure there are no leaks.

  • Measure and cut hose to go wherever you need it to go.
  • For a better looking job, you can run the hose through all the corners so it is not that visible and it looks more professional.
