  • Set the dryer to a normal or permanent press cycle.
  • Be sure to set the dryer to a tumble cycle if your normal cycle doesn’t automatically tumble clothes.
  • Set the time to about 40 minutes (or however long your dryer usually takes to dry a small load of clothes).
  • Start the dryer.
