  • Check the duplex unit, located at the rear of the printer, for any paper obstruction. Pinch the top button to remove the unit.

  • If there is any paper stuck inside, remove it. If not, snap the unit back onto the printer.

  • Check the front slot, which is located underneath the LED display. If there is any paper, remove it.

Once the paper obstruction is removed, your printer should print smoothly without any problems.

Mine still says paper jam but there’s no paper stuck in it all. Can you suggest other probs and solutions?
