              How to Clean the Keurig K75 Platinum Brewing System Needle               
  • Before needle repair, make sure the brewer is disconnected from any power outlet.
  • Lift the handle to open the top of the brewer.
  • There are two sharp needles that puncture the K-Cup pack. One is above the K-Cup holder and the other is in the bottom of the holder. Be careful when cleaning the top needle.

  • Bend a paperclip to create a vertical metal piece. This is used to clean the top needle.

  • Insert a paper clip into the exit needle to loosen the debris and push it out.
  • Repeat this action until the debris is cleared from the top needle.
  • All external pieces of the brewer are dishwasher safe.

must be something else on mine. i have cleaned out with paper clip 3 times and still no water comes out.

Worked great for mine just now. I picked up a used B20 Platinum at a Garage Sale yesterday for only $10 super easy to clean needle & now it works great!! Thanks OP!!

My husband keeps wanting to buy me something new every time the old one doesn’t work, well I am old fashioned and will do anything I can to save money. Thank goodness this worked than you so much.
