- Use a toothpick to rub all the holes in the earphone
- Don’t use a pencil, it lets waste or any other metal tool, you can puncture the earpod and ruin it.

- Use isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol) to clean the exterior of the EarPod
- Ignore the fact that the alcohol is in the Earpods’ case

- Don’t submerge the EarPods in the alcohol. If the alcohol enters the interior of the Earpod, it will damage the speaker.

- Let the EarPods dry for at least 10 minutes before using
- Let the Earpods dry by itself, if you use a fan, a hair dryer, or anything else, you could generate corrosion inside and that will ruin it

Best way is clean the larger part with a earbud. The smaller doesnt make that much sound. Blow air onto the larger part after cleaning.

I use a cotton swab (q-tip). First a dry one, then I blow into all openings, next I use a damp (not dripping) q-tip (alcohol, saliva) to remove remaining wax, dirt. There are four opening on each earbud. I clean them all.
