No sound is heard from speakers.
An extension installed on your Chromebook could be causing the sound to stop working.
The Chromebook might be trying to Chromecast instead of playing sound directly.
Screen is black or unresponsive.
Determine whether the problem stems from the display function or from the laptop’s battery. To test this, connect your laptop to an external monitor. If your computer’s display shows up on this monitor, the problem lies within the screen itself rather than the power source.
The Chrome OS may be missing from your computer or damaged. To rectify this, download the Chrome Recovery Utility app and follow its provided instructions.

I can see no sign of charging, the battery is stuck at 1%, and/or the device is unable to function when unplugged.
It is possible that the charger for your device is broken, try to use another charger.
When the Chromebook C11 is stored for a long period of time, it is possible for the batteries to drain past normal levels. In this case, you will need to reset the battery by disconnecting it and reconnecting it.
The battery may need to be replaced. Follow these steps to replace the battery.
The touchpad won’t respond to my touch after I turn on the computer
It is possible that software settings are responsible. In this case a powerwash or hard reset can fix the issue.
If a powerwash or factory reset does not fix the touchpad, it may be physically disconnected from the computer. In this case, you will need to take the laptop apart and physically connect it.
Some or all keys will not respond when typing.
First, perform a hard reset on the computer. If this doesn’t work, you can try logging in as a guest to see if an extension or app is causing the keyboard not to respond. If the issue still persists, you likely have a hardware problem.
An app or extension may be causing the keyboard to lose function.
The keyboard or connecting wires may need to be replaced.
