Introduction

Before attempting to remove the screen, please determine whether the problem stems from the device’s hardware or from its software. Refer to the troubleshooting guide for details: Hisense Chromebook C11 Troubleshooting

What you need

  • Turn off the laptop and disconnect it from power.

  • Snap the plastic holds off of the screen protector using a plastic opening tool.

  • Remove the screw caps.

  • Unscrew the screws with a PH00 screwdriver and set them aside.

  • Remove the screen protector.

Step 6

  • Unscrew the screen screws with a PH000 screwdriver and set them aside. Be sure to support the screen protector in case it falls.

Step 7

  • Lay the screen down. Be cautious and gentle.

Step 8

  • Disconnect the screen.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
