- Avoid placing your fingers on the blade, as they could be sharp.
- Using a pair of pliers to hold the blade in place, use your other hand to unscrew the rubber piece on the bottom of the container.
- Remove the rubber piece and the two washers by rotating the rubber piece counter-clockwise.
