              Chainring               
  • Push the chain tensioner towards the front of the bicycle to release the tension on the chain.
  • Unroute the chain from the chainrings.

  • Remove the 8 mm Hex screw from the crank arm.

Remove the 8 mm Hex screw from the crank arm.

Step 3

  • Remove the crank arm and chainrings by pulling the crank arm away from the bicycle frame.

Step 4

  • Remove the four 5 mm Hex screws that mount the crank arm to the chainrings.

Remove the four 5 mm Hex screws that mount the crank arm to the chainrings.

Step 5

  • Rotate the largest chainring 45 degrees in either direction.
  • Remove the crank arm from the chainrings.

Remove the crank arm from the chainrings.

Reassemble your bicycle with the new chainrings by following these instructions in reverse order.
